– @Undead Jawa is a fantastic Customer Advocate here to help you with technical questions. If one of your more clumsy survivors accidentally knocks over gasoline onto your Xbox and now the game won’t load, shoot him a message or ping him in the #tech-support channel, he might have a solution for you.
