Today we’re rolling out a new Customer Support portal for State of Decay 2. Visit the new site by following the Support tab on stateofdecay.com, the FAQ tab on undeadlabs.com, or by visiting the site directly, at support.stateofdecay.com.
Players will find FAQ to help troubleshoot common questions, as well as the complete patch notes for every update. If you need to report a bug, please use the “Submit a request” link at the top of the page to directly contact our Customer Advocate, known to the community as Undead Jawa in our Discord.
When submitting a bug, please double-check you’ve entered the correct email address so that we can follow up with you to get more information. If you know the build number, that information also helps us with repro steps. Don’t know your build number or how to find it? That’s what our FAQ is for! (see “I Want To Know My Game Version”)
All queries will receive a direct response from Undead Jawa within 1-2 business days. Please be patient as we are currently not staffed on weekends.
