Tee Time

June’s here, and warm weather is right around the corner. To help everyone on Team Zed stay cool, we’re making a batch of summer tees. Since you guys have been asking about them, we’ll be making some for you too!

Read on to find out how to get your very own official Undead Labs t-shirt!

Ordering is simple. Just click the picture below depending on your preference for a women’s or men’s style t-shirt. All tees are 100% cotton, made by American Apparel, and feature the Undead Labs logo prominently on the chest. Wear them with pride, knowing that you’re sporting the exact same gear that we are.

We’ll be taking orders until Tuesday, July 5, and printing and mailing out the shirts shortly after that. If you want one, act now!

PS: For those of you who really want one of our Lab sweatshirts, don’t worry. We’ll be doing a batch of winter hoodies in the fall.

I know I am way late to the party, I am a long time lurker first time poster. I had actually not checked the site in a while, so imagine my surprise that in the midst of all the awesome updates, we can now buy some Undead Labs merch! You have one more shirt that has been ordered and paid for :)

I guess just as a piece of consumer reporting, I tried to talk my wife into getting one too, and the only reason she didn’t is because there wasn’t a ‘baby doll tee’ option.

I am sure you guys are constrained on what selections you have to offer, but just an FYI in case you guys have some flexibility in the future.

Thanks for the support, Tsai! And thanks for your feedback about the women’s shirts. These cuts are pretty rough to order because getting the “perfect shirt” is surprisingly difficult.

I’m incredibly picky about the shirts I’ll wear, since I only wear girl cuts. Baby doll shirts are tough to get in good samples — they’re generally really short in the waist, have short capped sleeves that ride up into the armpit, and I’ve found that the fabric of some of the ones considered “baby doll” is pretty rough (or even ribbed) and tends to stretch out easily.

We went with American Apparel because they really do make great shirts (these are the ones that Threadless uses, if you guys have ordered from them before). I find that they stand up to washing well and are really soft. The company is also good at making the female cuts a little longer (both in the torso and in the sleeves). The only downside I’ve found is the sizing, since they can run pretty small.

Again, thanks for passing along your thoughts! I’ll definitely keep them in mind for the future :)

I’ll wait for the fall and hope they you will sell a Hoodie version. Not hyped about a 44 dollar T-Shirt at this point and time =/

    • Researcher: Emily
Date Recorded: June 23, 2011 at 12:55 pm

We will be doing a hoodie run in the fall! Unfortunately, I don’t believe we can reserve shirts — we’re actually printing them on demand once we shut orders off. I’ll double check, though.

Chris, I’m confused about the $44 shirt comment. Are you seeing this price in the store? The largest size with international shipping should be no more than $30. I want to make sure nothing’s broken.

Sorry Emily was having a Monday morning moment I hit order but then hit the back button to look at the sizing chart thus ordering two shirts.

Whew! No problem :) I just wanted to make sure that there wasn’t something wonky with the shopping cart. Thanks for checking again for me.

I work at Game stop and can only wear non-game stop shirts if they’re collared. Any chance there will be a polo of some sort? Cause I’d definitely want to wear this to work.

We don’t have any current plans to do polos, Blake, but it’s something we can consider for the future.
