I love these fan art updates. It doesn’t matter whether it is a high quality render or MSPaint art, they are always fun to look at.

I think in this game you should be able to everything that you do in this interactive zombie game http://www.survivetheoutbreak.com/

I must say im voting for Dantron

Hahaha, grats, Dantron for making the cut! I expect a gallery of your work next week and as your agent, I fully expect my 7% cut of your sales. Leave it next to the pile of oil cans. No, I still haven’t opened them, a sweet present, but just not for me.

Dantron’s picture is the best. Hands down.

man i wish i started talking in the 3rd person maybe then I could create an online persona legacy. lol i got love for ya Dantron, it just has limits, but your art is superb.

Having said that, I really liked them all, especially the one depicting what a base might look like in his/her eyes. That was great and visually informative. ALthough im no great artist, i think Dantron’s art has inspired me to create my own and submit. perhaps..

I think Dantron might be a natural talent…

Hi, just wanted to say what you are doing is amazing =)

Also i want to share a few of thought’s …

*(Character Mechanics) I think the Euphoria engine brought GTA4 and RDR to life, making the character movement so dynamic with variable outcomes to any collision situation. For me this type of character physics is the new standard. I also prefer the smooth and realistic animations as opposed to the unrealistic cartoon movements.

*(Views) I like the third person view but think First person should be available as an option. Maybe you guy’s have seen the First Person mod for GTA4, it is amazing!

*(Destruction) Make as many thing’s as possible destructible within the constraints of the hardware of course. Like the Dynamic character physics, this will also add another dynamic element to the game play. Imagine using explosives or a sledgehammer to smash a hole in a wall or the floor to create an escape route in an emergency! and endless other possibility’s.

*(Climbing) I think the speed climbing ability in Assassins creed would be good for this game making most structures and objects climbable. Again this ability would add another dynamic element to the game allowing you to go about accomplishing your goal’s in any number of way’s. Why go though the door when you can go through a 15th floor window! It would also help in keeping out of the way of Zombie’s or escaping sticky situations.

*(Sneaking). This is a must for me. crawling through air con duct’s and hiding in bush’s is something that makes sense in a zombie survival situation.

*(Sword Cutting). Just take a look at MGS Rising. Need i say more. =) Another Dynamic addition to game play. Once again the possibility’s are endless.

    * (Game object’s). It would be great if you could pick up and use ALL game objects for a variety of different functions. From picking up and throwing empty drinks cans to picking up and stacking object’s to barricade a building or using the intended function of tools as well as using them for weapons. Possibilities again are endless.

The common theme being adding Physics and ability’s in that will make the game play dynamic making every situation new and making objectives achievable in an endless variety of way’s.

if they did all that stuff you would not see it until 2013

I hear what your saying, but this is the best concept for a zombie game that i have ever heard. From what we have seen so far it seems the dev’s are really striving for perfection with this one. They have stated that they will be working on all aspects of the game and not just producing an empty shell with only an attractive concept. I am sure they will take a look at what the fans are saying.

    • Researcher: Brad Lee

Well, it would be completely well-worth-it!

so, looking at official and fan art, a thought constantly crosses my mind. Presumably to save their fortresses from strafe bombing or maybe to draw in other survivors, the buildings are emblazened with large signs stating “ALIVE INSIDE” and the like. Well, what happens when that place gets overrun? Its not like the zombies have the etiquette to remove the signs upon overrunning the place.

So, ultimately, it seems to be an empty gesture, perhaps offering the illusion of a minute bit of control to the people of Zombieland.

i have another idea for the game or a question really.

say for example when im building my base and i want to build it like fiddlers green from land of the dead, could i actually build a large hotel like that or are there some already laying around. and will their be electric fences so i can put them up? if their are you should have a generator which you have to keep powered with gasoline or something. and final thing… you should be able to build lights or turn on a generator in any building to power up the lights. i mean think of it you have a nice safe place all lit up and then suddenly the roaming horde which you mentioned in a post, sees all the lights and noise so thjey decide to come crash the party. (scary noises) lights go off. moaning and groaning from the hordes and you decide if you stay and fight or get to your car and run.

plz let us be able to have generators and lights etc… it would add so many possiblitys to the game.

I’m just going to put it out there, there is a forum where all of your ideas and more have been contemplated and semi visited by the developers.

      http://www.mmozed.com/forums/

That’s where a lot of idea have been hammered at by eager awaiting fans that have nothing to do but discuss what the game should and should not have in it.

all I’m going to say, cody’s tower looks, very unstable! they’re all still very cool though.

I can’t wait for the real thing, this fan art just shows that you already have plenty of people for a sucssefull XLA exclusive game, and this is just based on the number of comments you have, I’ve been following you since the site first came up and I can barley stand to wait any longer
